At Deysia, we offer free shipping across the UK on orders above £50.

Delivery time for custom orders: 15 days.
Instant Delivery is available for select locations.
Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via trusted courier services.
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Note: Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

We currently only ship within the UK.

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
To initiate a return, email us at deysiaofficial@gmail.com with your order details.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
A £10 restocking fee will apply for all returns.
